Based in Downtown Dallas we are THE Hotel Alternative. We work with clients throughout the United States for traveling project teams, consultants, training teams, relocating families and individuals that need to be away from home.


 


Client Services Admin


We currently have an opportunity for someone who is super organized and loves working with people. In this client services position, you will perform administrative, customer service and office support within our operations team.Responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, pulling reports, relationship building with vendors and/or clients and other administrative duties as required.


 


We are looking for motivated individuals for this role where accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your work are crucial to success. We also value your creativity, ideas and enthusiasm.




Qualifications:



  • College degree preferred but not mandatory

  • Proficient computer skills, such as data entry, Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills along with phone and e-mail etiquette a must

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Ability to manage many projects at once

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to negotiate a plus

Base Salary Range is $30,000-$40,000 per year + bonus potential
